At Good Jeans by Ward & Taylor, we want you to love your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to help with a return under the following guidelines.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

  • Items must be:

    • unworn

    • unwashed

    • free of stains, odors, makeup, or damage

    • with original tags attached and proof of purchase

Eligible Refund Method

  • Returns are eligible for:

    • store credit

    • exchange (if available)

We do not offer refunds back to the original payment method.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • jewelry

  • accessories

  • handbags

  • hats

  • bodysuits

  • intimates

  • sale/markdown items

  • seasonal/holiday merchandise

Online Orders

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
